Usually when Todd stops by for his monthly visit, I am on the westside. Today I happened to be on the Eastside. I appreciate that he came to the door and introduced himself to me. While I see his photo every month when I check the portal after his visit, I like that we have now met in person. I appreciate the excellent job that Todd does in keeping us as bug free as possible for a place in the wood.
James H did a great job checking our house out to find out how squirrels were getting into our attic space. He was very thorough and I look forward to getting the work done.

While we were away, we noticed on camera that a skunk had come to our small trailer up in the mountains and gave birth. We knew she had left with a pup, but were concerned that maybe she came back, or left pups behind. James Hanson was a rockstar! Since we were not at the trailer and were at our main home, He called me before arriving to the trailer to go over info and then called me immediately afterwards to let me know she had moved on. James was great at communicating with us and keeping us in the know of what was going on. I would definitely recommend Prosite for your pesty or wildlife concerns.
