We have used this kennel a few time with no issues. The last two times have lead me not to want to use them again. We had book day care for the 5th of October. We then had to change the date. I sent them an email asking if we could change. I got a response that it would be ok to change to the 3rd. When my husband got there no one was there. He called me I then I turned called them. I was given a sob story, but in the end they were able to go. Today we had reservation to board them from today ( 10/11) until the the 24th of October. He got there this morning and again no one was there and according to my husband there was dog crap everywhere. I get the feeling this a very unprofessional organization and is run more like a hobby then a business.

The owners were so friendly, communicative, and accommodating. Felt totally comfortable leaving our two rowdy boys for a week. On arrival you could tell they've had many years experience working with dogs. It was nice to know and see they were not confined in crates and were able to play. Will definitely be using this kennel again!

We took our 3 month old doodle to see Aubrie at EK for her first ever grooming and Aubrie did an amazing job!! Patient and so kind! This is a great location with even better people!

This was our first time boarding our poodle Ahgi. Ahgi has a serious separation issues not to mention was quite sick from Critter Care hospital, In fact, both my cat and Ahgi had bloody stools and needed medicines after boarding from Critter Care. After calling around, I ended up talking with the owner at the Ellensburg Kennel. They offered walks, meats/ steak treats, even sent a short video of my dog hanging out and having fun. I have never experienced anyone doing that entire my life.Thank you so much for taking such a great care of my dog Ahgi and we will always look you up if your service is needed.You all ROCK!!!!Mia Henderson

5 stars for this place. We had a sitter cancel last minute and were scrambling to find someone to watch our fur baby while we went out of town. Teresa was able to get us in last minute and was super nice about everything. We picked up our babe and he looked great and so happy. They have a dog run and the kennels they keep them in are air conditioned, which is wonderful for this heat. Will definitely be using them in the future. They saved our weekend and gave us piece of mind. 10/10 recommend

Tim and Tari were a couple of my angels of mercy when I had a medical emergency that landed me into the hospital for a couple of weeks. There was no way I could keep my large breed dog at home to be stuck in her kennel for most of the day for all of that time. Although it was a few days before Christmas, and I was already in the hospital, Tim and Tari took my girl in without hesitation. They kept me updated and sent me photos. When I picked my gal up, she was the happiest wiggly thing ever. Tim and Tari had given her the best care. Trust is a big thing with my animals, and I would never hesitate to bring any of my furry family members here for boarding. I highly recommend them for anyone needing to board their canine loved ones!
