Clean Cut The Barber Company Ellensburg

I’ve brought my very wiggly four year old here twice and he’s had the two best haircuts he’s ever had here. The first time we saw Rebecca and this time we saw Jessica. Both were wonderful with my son and Jessica especially was a delight to work with, very kind, welcoming and patient.

Would absolutely recommend this place!

This was by far the best experience I've had getting a hair cut. Rebecca was super professional and did such an amazing job.

Ask for Jessica! She gave me a super clean burst fade and I appreciate her attention to detail. She was very personable and fun to talk to. Honestly, one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. The included hair wash with the scalp massage is the icing on the cake.

I went to Clean Cut for a head shave, beard trim, and facial hot towel treatment. When I came in, I was greeted right away and offered something to drink. My barber was Jessica. She was friendly and attentive. When she was done with me, my head was super smooth, my beard was looking nice and tidy, and my face felt refreshed! I look forward to my next visit!!!

Just finished getting a haircut and beard trim from Marina. BEST HAIRCUT EXPERIENCE of my life! The attention to detail mixed with the pride Marina clearly takes in her work is unmatched! I highly recommend Marina to anyone and everyone. I walked in expecting to get a run of the mill hair cut, instead received a top of the line experience!

A hot towel on the face, a scalp massage while getting hair shampooed and a dash of aftershave on the neck when finished was a nice touch, all included in the price of a basic cut! I Will definitely return.

I scheduled 2 appointments, one at 3:30pm for myself and one at 4:15pm for my husband.
When I scheduled the appointment for myself I made it clear that I am a cancer patient currently receiving chemotherapy, my hair is falling out by the handful, and I am wanting my head shaved to the skin.
When we get to the shop a few minutes early they can't find my appointment because my name was spelled wrong (even though I spelled it for her, it was entered as Crainmer), after finally finding the booking it took another 15 minutes for the stylist to come out from the back.
After she sat me in the chair and asked what I wanted. I explained to her I am receiving chemotherapy, my hair is falling out and it is going to continue to fall out. She tried to convince me to just cut it short. I told her yet again that I'm going through chemo and it's going to keep falling out.
My husband explained to her that this is not the first time I've gone through this, it's the third time in 3 years.
She finally started to shave my head.
Ten minutes into my hair cut her next customer arrives and she tries to end my haircut half done.
When I pushed back telling her I told her from the beginning I wanted it cut to the skin and she was 15 minutes late starting my appointment she needs to finish my hair, She then huffed and tells her other customer that she's running 5 minutes behind.
This was supposed to be an experience for me to let go of my hair but instead it was miserable and I was treated like a burden, even though I scheduled an appointment and my needs should have been her focus and only concern when I was sitting in her chair. But Jessica was more concerned that I was keeping her from being on time for her next customer, instead of making sure I was taken care of and my head was shaved completely. I have stubble, stray hairs, and high/low hair spots all over my head because she shaved it so uneven.
I had tears running down my face because this is difficult for any woman to go through and she showed no empathy, no sympathy, and her only concern was that she was going to be late for her next customer.
My husband was so disgusted by how I was treated he canceled his appointment, we paid and left. To be honest we shouldn't have had to pay at all for this disaster.
This is how you treat someone going through cancer treatment, absolutely despicable. You should be embarrassed and ashamed of yourselves.

A friend recommended we go to Jessica at Clean Cut to fix a bad haircut from a different salon. Jessica was very nice and knowledgeable, and she did everything she could to make my son's hair look better while it grows back out. He feels a lot better now after she made some significant changes. Thank you!
