“I called Rez Construction when I came to know that one of my buildings has been several damaged due to the wind storm in November 2024. From the get go, they were very responsive, understood the situation, quickly engaged with the work.
They coordinated with the insurance to get the ball rolling. They completed the work in under 3 months despite their busy schedule, especially given the amount of damage the building had.
Due to their effort, we were able to quickly move the business tenants back in, leading to minimal disruption to the business.

One thing I really appreciate with Reza is their timely response. In my previous experience with contractors, I find it very challenging to get hold of them, but was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness. Its so great to be able to call the contractor and get hold off them (not some receptionist without context or voicemails that never be returned).

The quality of the work is great and we passed all our inspections with flying colors on the first attempt. They did extra flooring work and paiting work that tenants requested, which was not in original scope.

Hopefully not, but if I ever encounter a tough situation such as this, I will certainly reach out to Rez Construction again.“

While they were here to look at project they looked around & said...you know, we do all outdoor projects...& it looks like you might need some other repairs. Which was a vast understatement! First...I had contacted 3 deck companies & 2 tree removal...not ONE responded. The deck needed to be replaced but first a huge tree needed to be limbed. They schedule that the NEXT week! These guys are the most responsive I have ever dealt with. They have finished the deck to MY specifications & it is fabulous. Guys are here to pressure wash today & then paint. I've hired them to do roof & gutters also. And pricing in the ballpark if not under.“
