In this day and age it's hard to find qualified contractors. The Window and Door Shoppe was simply first class from the get-go. The person doing the bid was also the person doing the work. That was fantastic since our old windows were going to be challenging to replace without damaging the vertical grain fir trim. He was confident and his expertise was obvious within a short time, as he had to remove trim just to do the measuring. After the bid, which was fair, we were confident the outcome would be good. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and offered the best prices I could find anywhere. Even though I’m located all the way in eastern Washington, they still made it easy by offering delivery for a small fee. I couldn’t recommend them more—thank you so much for everything!
