Then William saw me in the waiting room from sales. He wanted to make it was loving my truck. But he made it more personal by having a good conversation about weeks and our plans for christmas.

All aspects of the service experience at Swickard were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised this time by the outreach from the Swickard team asking if I wanted to schedule my upcoming service appointment. The process of online scheduling was really easy with your staff member. I arrived for my appointment at the scheduled time and was immediately approached by staff to get the process going. In the past, I have needed to wait sometimes as much as two hours while my car was getting serviced. This time I was shocked when I got the text in the waiting area that my car was ready after 50 minutes, The video review of the car was fun to see as well.
