I had the best experience today. Having suffered with UTI’s for years I was dealing with another one. Brenda took my vitals and information very efficiently and friendly. Then I had the best PA ever. I am sorry that I didn’t get his name. He was genuinely sympathetic to my years of these infections. More so than anyone I’ve encountered over the years. Very sincere. I left with a very positive feeling.
Great people, great care, but standing on that long line to check in while you are so sick is an ordeal. They need to use number tabs so the sickies can sit down instead of trying not to fall down.
I was able to go online and tell them I was on my way and when I got there I was checked in right away and taken to the exam room. The doctor did an exam and answered all my questions and I was back home in the u district about 90 minutes after leaving my house. Very professional and very knowledgeable . I have seen DR Rojas twice been very happy with the care provided.
