This is a late review but I got my hair done by Lisa in December, hoping to achieve a rose gold/pink balayage. I was in the chair for 6+ hours. She bleached my naturally brunette hair and I knew that because my hair was dark, the color I wanted would probably not be achieved but she reassured me that she could do it. My husband was there waiting patiently and told me, after we had left the salon, that he saw her mix blue with pink in the sink. My hair was nothing at all like the picture I showed her, even factoring leniency that it might take another session or two to get there. I wanted a light pink but I was stuck with a weird purplish mess. I even texted her a week after (she promised it would fade into the right color I wanted after a week; it didn't) and told her that I'd like to have it corrected (I wouldn't even have minded paying extra for it) and she never even responded. I spent well over $200 on hair I didn't even want. I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt but she didn't even bother responding to me. She was nice and friendly to talk to while I was getting my hair done, but in terms of her services... it's a hard pass for me. I'm not paying for your conversation, I'm paying for how well you do my hair. It was the worst experience I've ever had with my hair. It made me scared to even give any other hair stylist a try in fear that I'd be scammed again. She should find a new profession! I finally got the courage to try again with my hair at another salon (Holiday Hair Salon in mountlake terrace) and it was perfect! Don't waste time here and go there (or literally anywhere else) instead! Check the picture of my hair before (what Lisa did) and after (what a PROFESSIONAL did). Oh, and it was cheaper too! UPDATE: owner of the salon was so kind enough to reach out to me even though this wasn't her fault at all. Lisa is no longer apart of this salon and I have no issues with this particular salon, just with Lisa. Thank you again, Sorine, for your professionalism and generosity!

I'm very disappointed with Lisa overall because the outcome of my hair is terrible/: the color is a lot brassier than I wanted and I hate how I have a few random light blueish green streaks that don't blend well with my roots, didn't look at all like any of the photos I showed her like my hair is literally 5 different colors now..! you can refer to photos if they post I wana cry huge waste of time and money); when I asked her about it later she asked me to wash my hair with hot water and that it should blend better when she just told me earlier that my hairs been through a lot and to not wash it for the next couple of days.. there's no amount of washing that's going to fix this when she even missed some bleached pieces on the top.. I am changing my review from one star to four because Sorrine (the owner) reached out to me offering a way to make it up and informed me that Lisa isn't working here anymore.
