Every instructor I've taken a class with has been so lovely and they each have different styles. I have several rare and progressive diseases that cause systemic inflammation, central sensitivity syndrome (CSS) a very painful nerve disease, systemic CRPS-II, and generalized Dystonia (tremors/spasms) to name a few.

“Very much the massage I needed. I would have had a longer massage yet lack of a poster or anywhere showing the options, I got a $25 deep pressure on neck and shoulders. Now that I see all the reviews here, I’ll ask for the $38 or $45 next time.
