We had a stand in shower in our basement that was slowly leaking. Artem was the first to respond to our request for an estimate, and provided an accurate and fair assessment for us.
The most notable experience with Artem is that he kept to his schedule when he started (a rare trait for contractors) and performed very high quality work.
When he tore down our shower, he showed the source of the issue, informed us of what his plan of action was, and did a thorough cleaning after the demolition.
Artem recently partially remodeled my guest bathroom, converting an old tub/shower combo into a beautiful walk-in shower so older relatives can get in and out more easily when they visit. From start to finish, he was fantastic to work with.
He showed up exactly when he said he would, his pricing was straightforward and reasonable, and the whole process was smooth. Artem was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to questions. He worked cleanly and respectfully, protecting the rest of my home from dust and debris, and left the space tidy at the end of each day.
