It was a Christmas Miracle! We were visiting from Digby, Nova Scotia and when my husband accidentally stepped on my glasses, destroying the frame and arm, days before Christmas. We thought we were doomed but decided to go to the nearest eyeglass business to see if anything could be done. The friendliest woman, who was working on her own that day, quickly assessed the situation and told us to have a seat. She miraculously fixed the frame and arm, popped the lens back in, and had us on our way within 10 minutes. Crisis averted! And the added bonus - she refused to take a dime! Such an amazing practice! I came in to get my glasses repaired, full on expecting to pay however much to get my glasses fixed and was told that it was free of charge even though they replaced an ear piece! I'm very thankful for the kindness and exceptional service. Will absolutely be coming here for my future frames!
I didn't purchase my glasses here but mine broke and I needed them fixed quickly. They stopped what they were doing and repaired them without charging me. Super friendly, fast service. If I lived in the area and needed glasses, this is the first place I would go to.
