About 4 months ago, I went to get 3 inches of my hair cut off. They just cut it in a straight line. They didn't even cut it straight. They asked if I wanted my bangs cut (I have side/curtain bangs), and I said sure. They (again) just cut it in a straight line. It wasn't even! Till this day, I'm still trying to grow them back. Also, let me add, they didn't cut it straight. Would NOT recommend!
I got the hair done sometime back and the lady came very early just to help me fix my hair. Cannot appreciate her for her kind gesture and helping me coming earlier than all other staff.
Waited 40 minutes even though I had an appointment and then had my hair cut in 9 minutes. Super quick and pretty sloppy. Maybe there was a miscommunication on what I wanted but it'll be nice to ask more questions if I like the cut.
