This place is GREAT! I am technologically challenged and "popup" ads were attacking me like a swarm of hornets. After trying to fix it myself (Ha Ha!) I took it to iRepair IT and I was helped right then and there. I wasn't laughed at or charged! They have my business and are keeping it!
I recently took my computer in for repair and received friendly, genuine customer service from staff who truly cared about me as a customer. Absolutely Amazing! We took in our daughter's school laptop to be looked at because it was running so slow. They were quick, honest, and very helpful. They diagnosed the issue and gave us several different options. We ended up, upgrading her to a newer laptop, which we purchased through them. They helped her get set it up, log back into everything, and answered all of her questions. I really appreciated the time they took to make sure she was all set. I will returning for any other repair needs we have.
