Dr. Reynolds is one of the most genuine and caring dentists I have ever met. We have been bringing our 6 children into his office for 20 years, and I can't think of one time we have ever been disappointe. He is very skilled, eager to problem solve, his patience is remarkable, and his kindness is truly genuine. Providing dental care for our family has certainly been less than ideal from time to time; we have 14yr old autistic twins, a daughter with a cleft palate, and several other issues that have made having a knowledgeable dental team devoted to providing patients with the highest level of care, such a blessing! I have been taking my children here for about 13 years now. Most of the time things run smoothly. But when they are running behind or something is off track with time, the receptionists do not know how to handle or tell people who are waiting what's going. The front office staff need to be more diligent and be able to find the information that is needed for parents and patients who are waiting. I arrived for my daughters oral surgery which was scheduled at 11. We arrived around 10:45 where told that the anesthesiologist was behind. When I asked how long and if someone could check. I was told possibly 20 minutes. They left out that there was a patient in front of... read full review
