I had a furnace fire in February and Dick’s quick response was so appreciated. We were heading into single digit weather and they had their tech out super fast and the parts in quickly. Fast forward to the summer heat and my unit didn’t seem to be keeping up. Again they had a tech out quickly. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to find and fix the issue very quickly. Happy customer here!

If there was a 10 star option I would choose it! Dick’s installed a new furnace for us a few summers ago. So when late Saturday my water heater spewed water into the garage, they were the first call I made Sunday morning. Best price and they were out first thing Monday morning. Excellent customer service, great prices for both installs. I highly recommended them.
