I had a furnace fire in February and Dick’s quick response was so appreciated. We were heading into single digit weather and they had their tech out super fast and the parts in quickly. Fast forward to the summer heat and my unit didn’t seem to be keeping up. Again they had a tech out quickly. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable.
