Logan replaced my home roof lines where the wind was blowing off shingles. He used longer nails and hand nailed rather than a nail gun. He was punctual on his appointments, great communicator and very thorough on his explanations. Enjoyed working with a small, family owned business and very happy with the work.
From my initial inquiry, to the very finish, the job was done fast and professionally. I had 3 layers of roofing that needed stripped, metal, cedar and asphalt shingles. There were many issues that needed addressed. They worked through them, maximizing experience & muscle to overcome the obstacles, ending with beautiful results. Yes, a new roof can be a beautiful thing, it changed the look of the whole house.

Common Sense Roofing installed our new roof last week. We replaced a 50+ year cedar shake roof and while we were sad to see it go, aesthetically, we are thrilled to have a new roof with an extensive warranty.
We couldn't be more pleased with the process and work completed by John, Logan, and their crew. We chose a higher end shingle and product that they had not previously installed before (Certainteed Carriage House Shingles). However, they thoroughly researched all aspects of the product and installed it quickly and expertly!
