The workers were fast, respectful and efficient. The job was completed quickly. I expected them to make a follow up appointment but they repaired every issue without needing the additional visit. I definitely appreciated them... They were VERY nice young men.
Armando and Freddy arrived early and were very efficient with their time and mine, appreciate how quickly I was able to get someone out to look at the problems I was having with my system! Will recommend
Update: I retract my review. Alpine immediately reached out and initiated a full refund and were sincerely apologetic.
All I agreed to was a “free consultation.” Which was advertised because I am contemplating getting a loan for a new system. They came out for the free consultation and determined that they wanted to try and fix my 30 year old system… now I’m being charged $600 and threatened that it’s going to go to collections… I never even agreed to or confirmed to have any services done… Wonder how many other people they go and just conduct unnecessary service without the owners consent….
