I really liked that the company gives a guarantee for the work performed. After the service, they issued a certificate and provided all the recommendations for further operation. This inspires confidence in the quality of the service. The technicians Jim and Tony were kind, answered all our questions. I recommend this company if you need help with your air conditioner.

I had been trying for 2 days to get somebody to call me back to make an appointment to come out and look at my AC system with no luck. Obviously everyone was busy because of the 90+ degree weather. I finally called Comfort Zone Heating, and "Is tomorrow soon enough?" is the response I got ( It was 3:45 when I called). I was ECSTATIC!! I told the gentleman what the problem was, and he said he knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it MYSELF!! UNBELIEVEABLE, RIGHT? I went home and did exactly what he told me to do, and it fixed the problem. I can't say enough about such great customer service. I won't ever call anyone else for my heating and air conditioning.
