Harry from Tech support is the best I've ever encountered. My Microsoft Surface Pro laptop was locked with Windows 11, and it seemed like a simple issue at first. However, there was no way to access safe mode or use a USB thumb drive to reset it, the hard drive was encrypted, and the language was set to Spanish, which I don't speak. Harry fixed it quickly while keeping the hardware intact, and the price he offered made me feel humble at the end.Thank you, Cherry Tech!

I was pleasantly surprised that Harry came out to my house on a Sunday. I had a simple job of connecting RJ45 connectors on five Cat 6 Cables. He accomplished that task quickly and tested for connectivity. All was well. He is a very personable and courteous man. Extremely satisfied with his work.
