Our septic alarm went off twice. Concerned, so requested recommendations from friends. Three said Apple Valley Pumping! The company was quick to respond. Greg walked thru the system, explained it in terms I could understand. He talked to me, not at me. Between my questions and his answers, we arrived at what could have happened. We are good, but I know how to check monitor if it happens again so I can explain in my call. Thank you, Greg. You will be my first call on all things septic.

We called to make an appointment to have our septic pumped at the time it wasn’t an emergency. I called back a few minutes later because we realized it was starting to leak. They had someone out with in a few hours to take care of us!
