Each time I visit here I leave feeling good and hopeful about my health. Dr. Thomas is a great listener and is thorough in her evaluations or explaining things to me. The front desk staff is very helpful and makes you feel at home. The office manager, Odette, has been a big reason I come back because of her great energy, kindness, and excellent communication. She will help you with anything you need and has always made my visits a wonderful experience!

Wanted to update my last review. I called yesterday to ask about a refill of the antiviral tincture. They've updated and upgraded their phone system. Yay! I was able to talk to a real person who answered my questions. I came in and discovered that it's a new office person. Yay for that too!! She was great! She refilled my antiviral bottle and processed my payment quickly and efficiently. She was competent and knowledgeable. What a difference!! I'm really happy to see that they listened to constructive feedback and addressed the issues they were having that I mentioned in my last review. They leveled up! I have found that Dr. Thomas always listens to my concerns, I feel she genuinely cares for me. She has helped me with medical conditions some other doctors didn't really have a clue on how to deal with. Yes she sells supplements but she does a lot of research into which ones are the best. I trust her with my health.
