ran too much and came in with tight calves. When I walked, I felt knots all over the place. During the massage, the therapist worked slowly but deeply. They paid close attention to tension areas and circulation. I absolutely enjoyed that it wasn't hurried at all. My legs felt incredibly light after the massage. It was even easier to walk. The staff was laid back and nice. There was a serene atmosphere throughout. solid location close to where I live.
