Jonathan helped get our truck battery started so we could get on the road. It took 3 power packs so even though he only had 2 he called another of their fleet to help. Friendly driver that talked to both my husband and myself. Highly recommend!

Owen was really great. I was stuck on the side of the road in pitch black darkness. He kept me updated on his ETA, quickly assessed the situation, and calmly got my car free. He was also pretty quick to arrive. Really appreciate it!

Cameron from Mountain Highway Towing was a godsend on Sunday when I thought I had dropped my car key on the Snow Lakes trail and didn't know until I returned back to my car parked at the trailhead. Cameron was incredibly communicative, letting me know when he would arrive, how he would be getting the car out of the parking spot, when the car was parked safely back at the shop, etc.-- he was tasked with towing the car all the way back to Seattle and while he wasn't able to do it on the same day, he was willing to wake up at 4 o'clock in the morning to get the car back to me in time for me to get to work on time.
