Matthew was amazing and I can't thank him enough for his professionalism, friendliness, and the wonderful job of bringing my cream carpets back to life. We have two large dogs, 80 lbs each, a heavily wooded back yard with a lot of dirt in my garden beds that they love running through and a sap problem with one of our trees. Even after cleaning dog paws, I started buying rugs (too late!!) to cover the spots that were looking horrible from high traffic. We wanted to schedule a general yearly carpet cleaning and, since we have pets, decided to use SaniClean. Our request for a quote was quickly answered, and the original estimate ended up being very close to the final total, which was great. There's a small chemical smell, but not too bad, so I think it is fine for my small pets who have sensitive respiratory systems.The work was completed quickly and easily, and we appreciate that the easier to move furniture was adjusted to be able to clean under it. We had a great experience with SaniClean! Matt arrived on time and explained the process to us. He was very transparent on the cost previously quoted, and soon got to work.
