We wanted to schedule a general yearly carpet cleaning and, since we have pets, decided to use SaniClean. Our request for a quote was quickly answered, and the original estimate ended up being very close to the final total, which was great. There's a small chemical smell, but not too bad, so I think it is fine for my small pets who have sensitive respiratory systems.The work was completed quickly and easily, and we appreciate that the easier to move furniture was adjusted to be able to clean under it. We had a great experience with SaniClean! Matt arrived on time and explained the process to us. He was very transparent on the cost previously quoted, and soon got to work. Matt left us with a fresh smelling carpet and addressed all of our concerns, even leaving us with some tips for the future. Big thanks! Ahead of baby coming, we wanted to clean and sanitize the carpet, so we were looking for a company that would clean but with eco-friendly, organic cleaning materials. SaniClean crew did a great job, it looks, smells, and feel so clean!
