Beware - Worst quality of construction I have ever seen. We bought a brand new house from them less than 4 years ago and there is just a ton of quality defects that you should never see in a 500k home. It is almost like they had never built a home before. The worst one being all of our floors now squeak because the sub flooring wasn't done right. It is like a maze trying to find the non-squeaky sections, trying not to wake the baby. Of course when I reached out via email and phone to have someone come take a look at this they are no where to be found, it just shows they don't take any pride in their product.
