Went in today for a haircut.. showed her a picture of what I wanted. And she choped the back all off and it was way short not even and nothing like the picture. I was so upset I have never cried before . On a hair style cut worse experience ever.. this is what she did and on the right is a photo of what I showed her I wanted. Just horrible.

Walked in and Julie had a small wait. Definitely worth it for the price, location, and service. Did a cut and color and I am absolutely in love with the results. 10/10 recommend
Requested style: If you have a picture of the look you want, she will definitely give it to you.

She asked what kind of hair cut? I said just shoulder length and layered please. Oh how you want it you have a picture to show me? No just shoulder length & layered. Just too many questions. I know I won’t be going back again. I left unhappy ( choppy ) hair cut .Service: Hairstyling

Worst haircut I ever got. Was never asked if I wanted a shampoo, the owner just pulled out scissors and started cutting my dry hair and it a bad haircut. No one has cut my hair dry since I was just a kid. I won’t go back.Service: Hairstyling

The hair salon I have been in years. The owner runs tje place and she is very professional and enthusiastic to do her job. She really enjoys the people that comes in. Prices are super affordable for an excellent job. The only thing is the place needs a little TLC update but other than that it is the best place in desmoines wa. Thanks Julie.
