I’ve had many experiences with different cosmetologists, but none compare to Therese! She’s not only incredibly skilled and professional, but also kind, attentive, and really listens to what I want. Initially walking in I was greeted by Spencer, his approach was warm and welcoming. That gave a great first impression. Nurse Therese did my consultation and her knowledge and in depth explanation of how genetics can be a factor in my skin condition made me realize she has a passion for helping people feel and look their best. She offered a treatment that I have not had in the past and was a bit nervous at the thought of my skin being cauterized. She made me feel comfortable and reassured that I would be fine.
