I've been going to Light Dental Studios for 11 years. I started out with Dr. Poyfair in Lakewood and he was absolutely amazing, along with all of the staff. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He is absolutely hilarious and made me feel so at ease. He always remembered conversations and details about my daughter and partner, and seemed so engaged. I couldn't voice a single complaint! He even went above and beyond giving me a starbucks gift card when my lip was cracked during a crown procedure. Dr. Chen and Jennie provided exceptional dental service, and I am very pleased with their care.
However, I would like to provide an update regarding my follow-up appointment. While the service from Dr. Chen and Jennie was excellent, my experience with the front office was less satisfactory. My follow-up appointment was canceled due to a power outage, which was understandable. The front office did leave a voicemail to inform me of this.
I attempted to reschedule by emailing the Covington LDS, with whom I had communicated before, but I did not receive a response. After sending a second email a couple of days later and still not hearing... read full review
I love this Dental Studio, I've been going for probably 15 years. First- I have panic attacks at any dentist. It's either gas or sedation- I've been known to leave if they don't have gas and I'm doing a filling
They are very careful to make you comfortable, and do the Novicaine in an expanding circle as the prior injection takes effect. Been here a long time, and plan on staying. Give them a try, it's worth the time! Thank you Light Dental!
