“The Navy Exchange is always great! I usually go in for one or two items and end up buying more, because the prices are so good. On my last trip this past week it was great to see such a great selection of grills and outdoor plants. The service in this area was excellent. “I take my 2 kids here for trims and my elderly father for his haircuts. She does a great job! She’s very gentle and respectful with my father who has declining communication skills. It’s a very local, small town kind of place which is why we like it. As for the reviews about rudeness, my guess is it’s cross cultural misunderstanding. The owner/stylist is very warm and kind once you make the effort to have a conversation. Services are basic but that’s what Coupeville needs, basic offerings so we don’t have to travel north or south, and that’s why she’s been around so long.
