Two technicians came on time and immediately started maintenance on my wall heating system, both inside and outside. They explained every detail of maintenance being performed and had it completed and ready to leave within a half hour time. Both individuals were courteous and friendly.
If I could give Drake and his team 10+++++ I certainly would! Both gentleman were patient, courteous and efficient! This is our second install with Drake, and just like before they were friendly and attentive to details. This is our 3rd install with this company and I wish I could shout from the mountain tops how fabulous this entire company is. From the first phone call, several in between, complete install and yearly maintenance, they ALL are top notch!
