Had issues with my electricity, technician showed up early but not too early by any means, got right to work was very thorough and efficient figuring out a game plan for fixing my issue. He then went above and beyond and took his time to make my Hodge podge of breaker panel at least safer us. Second time I have used this company two different people both very professional and efficient.
This was my second time using Advanced. They are timely communicative professionals that come prepared, solve the issue quickly and charge reasonable prices. I feel very lucky to have such a great resource in our community.
Juan the young man who came was the best technician that you have ever sent! He was so personable and efficient. He is the only one who took the whole unit apart and cleaned it thoroughly. It runs and looks brand new. I hope you pay him well.
