I had Robbins install my heat pump about 8 years ago. It was well done and served me well since that time. Recently an unfortunate series of malfunctions occurred. It took a few months to get to the bottom of all the troubles but they worked through it all and everything is back up to snuff. Their technicians are very professional and informative and the office staff supporting them are patient and professional as well. You can rely on Robbins Air to do the job and stand by their work and how could you ask for more.
5 years ago they replaced a circuit panel gone awry on radiant floor heating system. I had a spare so it was an easy fix. I found the company professional, friendly, and easy to work with.
Flash forward to the past few months. The heating system failing in the dead of winter, and as a senior with health issues, they came right out and Chase worked tirelessly for two days to fix the problems. Two months later the system is failing again, and Dominic came by while in town and changed a wire. Quick fix but Ut appears I need to get a new system. (Mini Split). Paige at the office was most helpful giving me a number to call for help since I am a low income senior....read full review
