I went to get my son tested for his driver's permit and the lady answering questions was not the friendliest person I ever dealt with. It was like she did not care because there isn't m much local competition. I did not want to deal with business like this, so I ended up contacting Deer Park driving school and discovered they have an online driving course and a driving instructor located in Colville. They have excellent ratings and have so far been very friendly to deal with.

This place is a joke. They’re never actually open during their posted hours, no matter how many times you show up or call—good luck getting anyone to answer. And the woman who works there? Hands-down one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache and go to the new driver’s ed business in Deer Park. Literally anything is better than dealing with this mess.

I have to say having to drive a hour and a half to bring my son here i wish i could give these guys no stars. The lady Lisa that handles up front has the worst customer service. The lake of communication and smiles. She was very rude and impatient. She is always in a bad mood and i can tell she cant not handle situations that involve multiple tasks. Sh treated us like she just wanted us to leave. I will never bring my other children here ever again. I would rather drive the extra 30 more minutes to Deerpark then have to treated like this. This is supposed to be a good experience for our children and they want to learn.
