Norstar Heating and Cooling was amazing! We had a complicated dryer situation. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and very personable. What was supposed to be a simple duct cleanout turned into a major repair and the technicians were very good and executed the project with efficiency and accuracy. When they were finished, they thoroughly cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend Norstar for all of your heating and cooling and home repair needs. Brian was wonderful--very thorough, and he explained everything in detail so we understood what was going on with both our furnace and our fireplace, talking us through multiple scenarios before we made a decision on how to handle the repairs. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!
