Absolutely incredible customer service. They are beyond friendly and helpful. Please give this mom & pop establishment your business, as they are great at what they do. Don't let the old Sears (whom had devolved into always being rude/difficult) ruin your idea of what this place can do for you!

My dishwasher at home stopped working so I did some research and went in to buy the part I thought I needed. They ended up showing me a couple of easy things to check, I got home and started looking at the things he told me to look into, and he was right! Just had some screens in plugged up! Had it back up and running in no time! They could’ve easily sold me a new $200+ part, but instead took the time, and showed me what to do! This is why you don’t order parts of Amazon, go in and talk to professionals. Love these small town, family owned shops that know how to treat people correctly! Thank you!!
