From the moment I scheduled my appointment to the time I checked out with my new glasses, my experience was excellent. Everyone on the staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. After reading some of the negative reviews, I honestly found them hard to relate to based on my own experience. The office was clean, welcoming, and the staff treated me with kindness and respect throughout my visit. I've been to many optometrists over the years, and this office is by far my favorite. Everything was great, staff was great, glasses came on time. Great job. However.... when you walk inside an extreme smell of mold floods your senses. It can't be good for anyone to work in those conditions. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

I would definitely recommend Colville Vision Center—it was well worth the visit. I drove over an hour to get there, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. They made the entire process easy and comfortable, and I never felt rushed.
Dr. Jonathan was wonderful—thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in what he does.
