Darcy’s HIIT class is fantastic, the gym amenities are top notch and the owners and staff are kind and welcoming. With the expertise of the owners and trainers, and the great pricing, Body N Sole is the best!
My hubby and I originally joined CFC for their 24/7 access. We've been members for a few months now and can honestly say this is our forever gym thanks to their amazing customer service, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere. For the first time in years I'm finally reaching my weight loss and fitness goals thanks to personal trainer, Aaron Sloan. Thanks to the Isagenix weight loss program, I'm seeing fast results and experiencing energy that's lasting throughout my entire workday! The CFC staff and members are friendly and supportive.
