West Coast Pet Memorial made the devastating loss of our Australian Cattle Dog, Jay, better going above and beyond with our chosen arrangements and providing such caring, compassionate service. When we got him back we felt the peace and beauty of his spirit in his urn and the special other items provided to memorialize our angel.
They were absolutely WONDERFUL when my cat Annabelle passed. Compassionate, caring, and went above and beyond to make sure that she was taken care of. She came home in a beautiful wooden box with her name on it and flowers carved on top (I posted a video in their "Mentions" area of their page). Plus, they added a brochure with information to help deal with grief at the loss of a beloved pet. THANK YOU, West Coast Pet Memorial, you made a heartbreaking moment bearable and filled with love.
I'm disappointed with our service with West Coast Pet Memorial. We had to use West Coast in an emergency situation and I appreciate that they were there for that. However the cost was almost triple (feel almost taken advantage of in our time of need) and the care for our family I just don't feel was there. We had to pay for every little thing, wood stands, Ink paw prints etc. even chose to go with out a few keepsakes just due to cost which broke my daughters heart, she didnt get her neckless from her dog; $400 was just way to much especially after everything else! The other company we used in the past didn't nickel and dimes us; sent us a a nice card with an ink print of our dog (2 actually) and a Rainbow Bridge poem, they didn't charge us for a wood stand for our ceramic paw print. I don't know, i can't change it now but I surely don't feel the love and care from this as I did with the other company. I really breaks my heart honestly. I don't believe I would recommend your company.
