“No frills hair salon that does classic mens cuts well. Don't be dissuaded by the shuttered-looking windows on Nevada St haha. We walked in without an appointment on a Saturday and they kindly saw to us right away. Robert asked my boyfriend how he wanted his hair cut and did a great job executing the cut, despite my boyfriend's vague guidelines lol. The haircut was pretty standard with the sides and back neatly shaved close and the top left a little longer. We appreciated that Robert took extra care around the swirly cowlick area in the back that's always sticking up. The haircut took about 20 minutes total and cost $10! While (whom I assume is) Joy chatted amicably w her customer, Robert and my boyfriend didn't say much as Robert worked--which my boyfriend prefers, so it was a perfect experience in his eyes. Feel like we found a hidden gem here! Will definitely be coming back for their quality work (Joy's elderly lady customer's hair came out sleek and stylish!) and unpretentious vibes.“

The ladies who worked on us were efficient and pampered each of us making sure everyone was pleased before leaving. The massages you receive during the facial (if you've never had your fingers massaged, it's amazing) and pedicures are fantastic. And she has been able to recreate any design on my toenails that I have asked for, but my favorites are when I have let her choose the color and design.
