William has been my stylist for about the past 5 years. He does a wonderful job, and he and his wife are both so nice. With my schedule, I was having a hard time getting in, so I stupidly let someone else do my hair at a chain in Oak Harbor. Big mistake. William fixed it, and now my hair looks great. I will never make that mistake again. Rumors is a great salon, and I will never let anyone else cut my hair again.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to give a shout out to William at Rumours Salon. I have been twice now, first a very layered short cut, and then again for a foil color weave, both times the work was exceptionally great. I am on my 9th hairdresser on Whidbey Island, I live on the south end of the island, but have traveled to Oak Harbor 3 times, and have been very disappointed with the 8 previous hairdressers, not only getting bad cuts, but also having my hair fried when getting blonde highlights, which were white and fried, destroying my hair. I came to Rumours Salon for hairstyling on my wedding day. The salon was one of the easier one’s to work with on the island. Dena did a wonderful job on my hair.Service: Hairstyling
