I had an excellent experience at Glade Day Spa at Suncadia. I went in for an 80-minute deep tissue massage to address ongoing back and shoulder blade pain, and Bonnie did an outstanding job. She was attentive, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable—she took the time to understand where I was hurting and worked those areas with the perfect amount of pressure.
I walked in feeling tight and uncomfortable, especially around my shoulder blade and upper back, and left feeling significantly better and much more relaxed. You can tell she really cares about what she’s doing and wants to help you feel better, not just go through the motions.
The hot and cold stone massage was one hour. It was $250.00(x2) plus an automatic 20% gratuity. I personally think that should be left to the paying customer at the point of sale. It was not as relaxing as I had hoped. I had a gift certificate so I thought this would be a nice way to celebrate an early valentine's. It was a little disappointing I couldn't be in the same room as my husband, but it was not that big of a deal. The flow of the massage was not smooth, a bit clunky. In comparison to the Post Hotel.... the Post for sure wins!
We did visit swiftwater cellars for a wonderful meal.

Always recommend Glade Springs! It's such a special place; add a stay @ Suncadia and "win win". Great for girls day, romantic time with significant other (they do offer co-ed area with hot tub fireplace and relaxation outdoor area.) We loved watching the snow come down while sipping tea (but they do offer some alcohol options). Staff very professional and kind and they hire fantastic therapists for services.
