Had an awesome experience with the Square Up team! From start to finish I felt like they were just on top of things making the project go as good as they could. Obviously with projects things can come up and on ours they did, but the team was great about communicating and coming up with solutions to keep the project going according to plan. Would hire them again and recommend them!
Ladies, do yourself a favor and book a facial with Kay. She is magical and your skins new best friend. I don't think I have ever been so relaxed and pampered. She was so sweet, listened very well and was super supportive with skin care routine changes. Her 5 star reputation is well earned.

I have never been to a chiropractor before and have always been kind of skeptical. But I decided to give Dr. Moran a try after a friend was raving about his work. I was nervous about the cracking, but Dr. Moran was excellent at going slow and talking me through things. I’ve had lingering hip issues from running for 2 years now, and felt immediate relief in my hips. It used to take 20 minutes of running before my hips felt unlocked and ready to move fast, and now they are pain-free and moving smoothly as soon as I start running.
Visiting for the weekend and so glad I decided to get a facial by Patricia! I can’t remember the last time my skin looked this glowy and felt this hydrated. I am also 21 weeks pregnant and she made sure to make me comfortable during my session. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

I have been coming to this clinic since it open up a number of year's ago. Dr Olivia and NP Codi are like family to me. They both give you all the time you need to explain your current health situation, and then work with you to find a solution. They always answers your questions and gets back to you. Dr Olivia and Codi actually truly care about how your feeling. This clinic is a major asset to this community. Make.a.appointment and go see them. Get a B12 shot and start feeling better. I’ve brought my very wiggly four year old here twice and he’s had the two best haircuts he’s ever had here. The first time we saw Rebecca and this time we saw Jessica. Both were wonderful with my son and Jessica especially was a delight to work with, very kind, welcoming and patient. Would absolutely recommend this place! (Good location & very clean too)
I'm updating my last review as I feel my first visit must've caught them on a down day. They really took the time with my sick cat and told us about options and progression. Showed us how to give meds and took the time to give suggestions on how to make her comfortable. I'm grateful for this place and all of the staff who were really helpful and caring to us and our baby.
I had an excellent experience at Glade Day Spa at Suncadia. I went in for an 80-minute deep tissue massage to address ongoing back and shoulder blade pain, and Bonnie did an outstanding job. She was attentive, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable—she took the time to understand where I was hurting and worked those areas with the perfect amount of pressure.
I walked in feeling tight and uncomfortable, especially around my shoulder blade and upper back, and left feeling significantly better and much more relaxed. You can tell she really cares about what she’s doing and wants to help you feel better, not just go through the motions.
The spa itself was clean, calm, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend both Glade Day Spa and Bonnie to anyone dealing with muscle pain or just needing a high-quality, therapeutic massage.
Came out here for Thanksgiving season and the place was buzzing. Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, plus dry and steam saunas—total PNW vibes. The kids swam nonstop and hit the slides all day. Such an awesome time
