My review is based upon value for this spa. The 50 minute massage for $280 plus 20% tip is over the top for this space. The champagne prices don't match the beer experience.
Had the 80’ Platinum Hydrafacial $385 before tax, with $100 Lip/Eye Combo add on…. BUT It is truly an “add IN” as no additional time is made. Just know what to expect. My hubby treated me and it wasn’t as he had been told when he made the appt.
Overall, the treatment was still quite nice, but I feel overpriced (& please know that 20% gratuity is added on BEFORE you even get to the checkout). I feel gratuity should be QUIETLY observed and added on ONLY by the guest & AFTER said service, never before or taken for granted. I had an excellent experience at Glade Day Spa at Suncadia. I went in for an 80-minute deep tissue massage to address ongoing back and shoulder blade pain, and Bonnie did an outstanding job. She was attentive, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable—she took the time to understand where I was hurting and worked those areas with the perfect amount of pressure.
I walked in feeling tight and uncomfortable, especially around my shoulder blade and upper back, and left feeling significantly better and much more relaxed. You can tell she really cares about what she’s doing and wants to help you feel better, not just go through the motions.
