Such an amazing doctor! I had pain forever in my back and neck and she really healed me both mentally and physically. She really cares and the staff is amazing:) very clean and organized environment!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Dawn off and on for about a year. I know I’m in good, caring, multitalented hands and it’s always my experience that she cares about my issues and growth as much as I do.I’ve lived in big cities and seen many different Doctors of varying focuses and I know my home is in Chiropractics with Dr. Dawn. I feel comfortable navigating all my health issues with her. Love Dr. Dawn and Alex. They're an awesome team. One of the best massage therapist I've ever had. Alex and Dawn just instinctively knows what I need when I need it. It's like they can zoom in and pinpoint where my pain is coming from. They have helped me so much with my vertigo and shoulder pain. So cool to have so much talent come out of Cle Elum!!
