I will start off by saying I wish I could give her ZERO stars!! I have never experienced so much unprofessionalism in my life. Zero organization and lie after lie so she could cover up even more lies. Amy lost multiple documents for my business, claimed she filed my taxes for my business and then never did. Ohhh and can't forget the money she demanded that I pay for work she NEVER did. I could keep going on more reasons why NOT to use Amy or her team. But I think if you read the rest of these reviews, you will get the hint.

I would NEVER and repeat... Never recommend Amy or her team to anyone. I should have read these other reviews before I signed up with her. There is a laundry list of things I would say... but lets face it we would be here for hours. She LOST all of my husbands personal documents, and withheld documents that are legally mine from me and told me I would have to pay her more money to get my documents from her after I had already paid her in full. She never did our year end taxes that she CLAIMED she did and later on admitted she didn't. The list just keeps going. With that being said do not waste your time or money on this lady!

Carigens has provided professional tax services for my businesses and personal taxes for 5 years. If you are looking for simple tax preparation they can get it done. They are also capable of handling business taxes/filings, payroll, and bookkeeping. If you are a business owner looking for accountants to tell you how to run your business then this is not the place for you. They are professionals that certainly do their job very well. I recommend Carigens CPAs for any business owner that is willing to fully own their responsibilities as a business owner and wants to partner with competent Tax Professionals.
