“Everything! The employees I’ve met 3 different ones at my location and they have been so kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. They always follow first come first serve which is very fair. My husband and I have turned our almost daily visits into our “Spa dates”! Alternating services as available and getting the full benefits of the many options. We haven’t had to wait long for services and typically just adjust our chosen service based on what’s available and our personal goals. I love the robes available so we don’t have to change back into street clothes at each station making it a full spa experience. The products available are great quality too. “Been a member for about 3 months, they are open 24/7, and have an insane amount of equipment. The bathrooms are huge and super clean. My bf accidentally left one of his necklaces on a piece of equipment there and went back about 24 hours later and it was on the counter. Everyone here is so kind, the owner is super kind as well. There's plenty of parking in the back, and there's lots of cameras everywhere so I feel comfortable going to workout alone late at night.“
