This is the best gym in town hands down, there seems to be a different clientele that goes, everyone is friendly and approachable. Anthony is legendary in the valley, he makes you feel welcome and he's not beyond throwing jokes your way. Love this place
This is one of my favorite places to work out. If you are looking for a real gym with no fluff, this is the place. Great old school equipment with an owner who knows all the tricks of the trade.
I like everything about this place! The owner is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a genuinely good guy (see pics, his resume speaks for itself). The members have been pleasant, inviting and even helpful if I need a spot. And the equipment... Wow! Every time I come in, there's something new! I live in the Seattle area, but visit a couple times a year. This is my ONE necessary stop!!! You can always get what you're willing to put in at this place... It's up to you, regardless of what gym you decide to join. This is your best option, if you want to see serious results!
