Ordered new windows and although there was some mix up, they went out of their way to make things right. They even sent a nice, hand written thank you card for my business and trusting them. Very impressive!

They were great! We had them make four new widow screens for us and two of them were 1/2" too long in one dimension - It was our fault... as we thought they were the same measurements for all of our windows. They redid the two that were too long for no charge!! Pretty darn cool. THANKS!!
