My parents signed up for Providence Elder Care program ( PACE). If you love your aging parents, DO NOT use this program. It has been a true nightmare to get vital care. They do not return calls, they have been a roadblock every step of the way.
I could share so many issues, but it would take far to long. I’m just hoping to let everyone know that this is a horrible program with zero benefits. PLEASE KEEP OUR VULNERABLE AGING FAMILY MEMBERS SAFE AND STAY AWAY FROM PACE ELDER CARE!!!

saved my life... what else might I write except they didn't enquire about insurance / money of as anything else until determined I was stable. Nursing staff, social services , physical therapy , emergency room staff , security , housekeeping staff and if you end up here make sure to get double serving of their pancakes / eggs / sausage breakfast. Thank all of you ....

Dr.Moore is a true delight and the rest of the staff are warm and welcoming ! The lighting in the clinic is way too harsh and off-putting ! Very unfriendly !
